Menu Delays
Does it annoy you that menus need some time to slide out? Here's a tweak that will help you speed up this process. You will need to start regedit for this. Simply go to Start -> Run..., then type "regedit" and press Enter.
The key you need to change is located in HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Control Panel -> Desktop. The actual key is called MenuShowDelay, just double-click on it and change its value to 0.
You will have to reboot your computer for this tweak to take effect.
